- un chorrito de aceite de oliva
- calabaza rallada (una cantidad generosa, al gusto de cada uno), sin llegar a los bordes.
- volvemos a poner por encima otra vez la mezcla de azúcar y canela
- otro chorrito de aceite. - Taparemos con la otra mitad de masa, cerraremos bien y doblaremos los bordes para que queden bien sellados.
- Se le hacen unos orificios en la superficie para que no se infle al cocerla en el horno, pincelamos con aceite la masa y espolvoreamos con azúcar.
