  4. Cortamos hilo de bridar y lo remojamos en aceite de oliva. Vamos atando las bolas de masa por delante, las volvemos por atrás y seguimos hasta separar cada bola en 9 partes. Procedemos así con cada bola de masa rellena.
  5. Dejamos que leven nuestros panecillos otros 40 a 60 minutos.
  6. Horneamos con el horno precalentado a 200ºC unos 10 minutos o hasta que dando golpecitos en la parte trasera salga un sonido hueco, igual que con los panes.
  7. Son panecillos muy delicados, así que hay que tener cuidado al manipularlos. Para deshacernos de la brida esperaremos que estén fríos. Cortamos con tijeras y levantamos el hilo con cuidado.
