- Batimos los huevos con el diente del ajo, el perejil, el azafrán y la sal. Vertemos el batido en un bol.
- En un procesador de alimentos trituramos el pescado y la coliflor. Agregamos a los huevos batidos la mezcla del pescado, el requesón y el pan rallado.

- Formamos las albóndigas y las freímos.
