  5. 200 gr harina de repostería (la próxima usaré de avena a ver qué tal queda)
  6. 1 sobre Levadura química o polvo de hornear
  7. 1/2 cdita Sal
  8. Para la cobertura:
  9. Chocolate 70%
  10. 1 chorrito leche (en mi caso de avellanas)

  1. Precalentar el horno a 180°C.
  2. Para hacer el puré de calabaza podéis usar el método que más os guste. Yo la paso en el horno, dejo escurrir toda la noche y machaco con un tenedor. Es el resultado que más me gusta pero podéis cocerla con agua, al vapor, en el micro...
  3. Poner en el vaso de la batidora/procesador el puré de calabaza, el azúcar, los huevos y el aceite y mezclar bien.
  4. Añadir ahora la harina, la levadura y la sal y volver a mezclar hasta que quede bien homogéneo.
  5. Verter la mezcla en una manga pastelera y repartir en los moldes que hemos preparado.
    Con esta cantidad me han salido 12 magdalenas y 12 Donuts medianos. Para los Donuts utilizo un molde de silicona especial para Donuts. A 6 de las magdalenas les he puesto una onza de chocolate 75% en el centro y a los otros 6, un poco de panela y canela por encima.
  6. Hornear durante: 12 minutos los Donuts y unos 15 las magdalenas.

  7. Dejar enfriar sobre una rejilla. Quedan perfectos tal cual pero si sois #chocolovers como yo 🍫💕 podéis ponerles una cobertura y morir de placer 😌
    Solo tenéis que derretir el chocolate al microondas a intervalos de 30 segundos (controlar muy bien que no se vaya a quemar) y, una vez derretido, añadir un chorrito de leche. Listo 💕
