  4. Ponemos la calabaza triturada en un bol grande y añadimos los huevos. Batimos hasta que se mezclen bien. Agregamos el azúcar y mezclamos otra vez hasta que se integre.
  5. Es la hora de la harina y la levadura, a ser posible la tamizamos con un colador sobre la mezcla.
  6. Con la ayuda de dos cucharas, incorporamos porciones de la masa. Añadimos un poquito de masa a modo de prueba a la sartén y cuando se dore es cuando debemos empezar a freír.
  7. Ponemos una sartén con abundante aceite, el necesario para que luego cubra las chulas, y calentamos a fuego medio-bajo.
  8. Freímos las chulas por los dos lados hasta que estén doradas, esto es muy rápido así que habrá que estar muy atent@s sino se quemaran tanto las chulas como el aceite. Retiramos a un plato con papel de cocina absorbente para retirar el exceso de aceite.
