- 300 g harina
- 4 huevos
- 200 ml aceite
- 200 g azúcar
- 1 sobre levadura y una pizca de sal

- Azúcar glass o chocolate blanco fundido para decorar

- Ponemos la calabaza en un cazo. La ponemos a cocer en el agua 5 minutos y dejamos enfriar.

- Echamos los huevos, azúcar, la pizca de sal, la vainilla y la calabaza y lo trituramos en la Thermomix 30 segundos velocidad 4 después 30 segundos a velocidad 7 (Si se hace con batidora lo batimos hasta que esté bien batido)

- Después introducimos el aceite, la harina y la levadura. Lo batimos un minuto a velocidad 5 (En modo tradicional lo batimos todo hasta que quede bien batido sin grumos)

- Rellenamos el molde untado ya con mantequilla. Introducimos en el horno que ya le hemos precalentado a 165° arriba y abajo. Ponemos 45 minutos aproximadamente y pasado el tiempo comprobamos si está hecho por dentro con un pincho. Si no está hecho le ponemos un poquito más (yo lo tuve 55 minutos). Lo sacamos del horno, lo dejamos enfriar en una rejilla y desmoldamos cuando esté templado.

- Cuando esté frío espolvoreamos azúcar glas y a disfrutar!!!!
