- Incorporamos las harinas y el sobre de levadura pasadas con un colador para que no hayan grumos. Añadimos un poco de canela en polvo. Volvemos a batir.


- En un molde, lo forramos de papel vegetal. Le añadimos la mezcla y lo ponemos al horno. Esperamos 30 minutos y hacemos la prueba del palillo. Si sale limpio ya esta.

- Cortamos a finas lonchas la calabaza reservada. La ponemos encima de la base. En un bol ponemos mermelada de calabaza (3 cucharadas) y la mezclamos con un poco de agua. Pintamos las cintas de calabaza y lo ponemos todo otra vez al horno pero para gratinar. Cuando este tostado lo sacamos del horno. Lo servimos frío, desmoldado. Que aproveche!!!!
