- A mi con las cantidades anteriores me dio para llenar 3 calabazas pequeñas. Empezamos cortándole a la calabaza el rabito y cortándola a la mitad. Se le quitan las pipas y las pasamos a una bandeja de horno. Le echamos por encima aceite, pimienta y sal y se deja en el horno 35 o 40 minutos a 300 grados.


- En una olla echamos el arroz con 1 taza de agua o caldo. Cuando ya apenas quede agua le añadimos el ajo picado y el tomate cortado en trocitos. A continuación añadir el maíz y las alubias.



- Yo usé alubias blancas de bote pero podéis usar las rojas, negras o las que queráis.
- Le echamos las especias al gusto y pasamos el arroz a un bol. Cogeremos las calabazas y con cuidado de no romperlas las vaciaremos, y mezclaremos el relleno de la calabaza con el arroz.



- Lo siguiente es añadir el queso rallado a la mezcla y pasarla a la calabaza.
- Se le añade un poco más de queso rallado por encima y se lleva al horno unos minutos hasta que el queso de derrita. A mi no me quedaba queso rallado así que le eche trozos de quesito por encima.
