  2. En la olla exprés o en la cacerola cubrir el fondo con un chorrito de aceite y pochar la cebolleta.
  3. Después ir añadiendo el resto de verduras por este orden: zanahoria, patata, calabaza y el último el calabacín.
  4. Rehogar unos minutos, añadir un pellizquito de sal y cubrir con agua
  5. Dejar cocer unos 20 minutos si es cacerola y 5 minutos desde que empiece a pitar si es olla exprés
  6. Escurrir las verduras y reservar el caldo. Ir añadiendo caldo poco a poco para que el puré no quede demasiado líquido ni espeso. (En la foto parece macedonia lo sé jajaja)
  7. Cuando esté bien batido con la textura a nuestro gusto añadir un chorrito de aceite de oliva y batir hasta que todo ligue bien.
  8. Probar y rectificar de sal si es necesario y voilá ya tienes un puré de calabaza cremoso y muy rico. En casa es nuestro favorito.
  9. P.D. Si sobra caldo puedes colarlo y reservarlo para hacer una sopita de verdura.
