- 40 gr eritritol @naturgreenoficial
- 100 gr puré de calabaza asada
- 2 huevos
- 15 gr levadura fresca de panadero

- Pizca sal
- Para la masa final
- Todo el prefermento
- 250 gr harina de fuerza de espelta
- 100 gr eritritol @naturgreenoficial
- 100 gr mantequilla light
- 3 c/s calabaza asada con las especias
- 3 c/s zumo de naranja
- Ralladura naranja

- Mezclamos todos los ingredientes (tienen que estar a tª ambiente) y amasamos unos minutos hasta obtener una masa homogénea, un poco pegajosa y brillante.

▶️ Formamos una bola, introducimos en un bol y sellamos con film. Dejamos levar hasta que doble su volumen.

🎃 Es importante que la masa leve en un lugar cálido y sin corrientes. Son masas muy delicadas! 😉 - ▶️ Mezclamos todos los ingredientes y amasamos bien hasta obtener una masa homogénea, de textura brillante y un poco pegajosa [no añadas más harina, engrasa las manos para que no se te pegue la masa]

▶️ Bolea la masa, engrasa un bol y deja reposar la masa 2 h. Después déjala seguir levando dentro del frigorífico 8 h o toda la noche. [El bol tiene que estar tapado con papel film para que la masa no coja costra] - Por la mañana sacamos del frigo y esperamos a que la masa esté a tª ambiente. Dividimos en 2 partes iguales y las boleamos.

▶️ A cada una le cortamos 1/3 de la masa para formar la cabeza ☠️ y los huesos 🦴 - Colocamos 3 huesos y 1 cabeza en cada bola de masa. Pincelamos con mantequilla derretida y dejamos levar hora y media o 2 horas.

▶️ Pincelamos de nuevo con mantequilla derretida y espolvoreamos eritritol. Horneamos a 180° durante 20/25 min. [si vemos que se dora demasiado cubrimos con papel de aluminio]

▶️ Dejamos que atempere un poco dentro del horno con la puerta entreabierta y después sobre una rejilla.
