- Flan: Primero, asar la calabaza sin piel y sin pepitas en un recipiente cerrado durante 10min y a máxima potencia en el microondas. Triturar bien y dejar enfriar.
- En un bol batir la calabaza triturada, la nata, la leche, el queso crema y el azúcar. Seguir batiendo y añadir los huevos uno a uno.
- Por último verter la mezcla en el molde con caramelo y cocerlo en el horno precalentado a 180° a baño maría (poner el molde con el flan en un recipiente más grande y con agua hasta la mitad, teniendo mucho cuidado de que no entre agua en el flan).
- Hornear hasta que al pincharlo con un palillo salga limpio(1hora aprox.) Retirar del horno y dejarlo enfriar. Meterlo en la nevera hasta el siguiente día (mínimo 12h)

- Voltear en una bandeja plana y listo!

- Conservar en la nevera.

- Disfrutar
