- En una olla grande, las ponemos a hervir en la leche, con un buen chorrito de aceite. Y espolvoreamos las escamas de chili.

- En una sartén aparte, pochamos las cebollas. Y cuando estén transparentes, se las añadimos a la olla de la calabaza con las patatas.
- Dejamos hervir a fuego bajo —cuidando que no se pegue— unos 10 minutos más; pasados los cuales, con la batidora, trituramos e integramos todo.

- A la hora de servir, se le puede añadir una cucharada de mascarpone.... pero sola también está buenísima!
