El queso que usé es un Chester, el cual compramos en Colonia del Sacramento, que visitamos el fin de semana. Y nos dijeron que fundía muy bien como si fuera mozzarella y así fue, quedó muy bien, además de que es muy rico.

- Cocinamos removiendo a a fuego bajo y añadimos la ciboulette, sal y todas las especias elegidas, menos el adobo. A los 15 minutos apagamos el fuego y agregamos el queso rallado.
- Aparte batimos los huevos con pizca de sal y adobo. Lo agregamos a las verduras e integramos.
- Ya tenemos nuestra masa pronta acomodada en el molde. Ponemos el relleno y doblamos los pliegues para que quede bien cerrada. Llevamos a horno precalentado y cocinamos a 180 grados por 40 minutos.
- Retiramos del horno y añadimos por encima el queso chester rallado. También puede ser mozzarella. Llevamos al horno por 10 minutos más. Luego dejamos enfriar un poco afuera del horno para desmoldar.
- Utilicé molde de 24 cm. de diámetro y salió una torta bien grande.
