- Cuando ya tenemos todos los ingredientes del relleno picados, batimos los huevos con la 1/2 de leche y la fécula de maíz.
- Enjuagamos bien y escurrimos la berenjena y la agregamos al resto de los ingredientes picados, mezclamos y luego lo agregamos al preparado líquido y lo condimentamos a gusto con sal, nuez moscada o pimienta.
- Preparamos la masa a último momento así la podemos estirar mejor. En un bowl ponemos las 2 tazas de harina y la sal, hacemos un hueco en el medio y le agregamos el aceite para luego agregarle el agua hervida suavemente revolviendo con una cuchara hasta que se mezclan y puedo amasarla y pasarla a la mesa. La estiramos en caliente ya que es una masa que se seca rápido y la ponemos en la bandeja previamente aceitada.
- Luego de tener la masa sobre la bandeja le agregamos el relleno y lo horneamos a temperatura regular en el horno apenas calentado previamente hasta que el relleno este firme y la masa dorada.
